What we were working with
A Tudor style garage in Santa Ana's Floral Park historic neighborhood. Any change to the outside had to follow the city historic department's guidelines.
How we handled it
We coordinated with the historic department from day one, which is what kept the job on time. Ground broken in April 2025, rough framing and rough plumbing and electrical done in May, finishes started in June, and by late August it was almost at final.
