What we were working with
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen in 730 sq ft, in a Fontana backyard.
How we handled it
By week three, in early October 2025, the trusses and roof sheathing were up and the rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC had started. The stucco color coat was finished in December, then the exterior paint details and the interior: gray shaker cabinets, quartz counters and stainless appliances. Outside, smooth stucco with a board-and-batten gable.
