Project overviewA Riverside lot and a modern contemporary design from Xavier Design Group: smooth stucco, wood cladding, a metal roof, and walls of angled windows and doors. At 10,308 sq ft it is the largest home we have finished.
The angled window and door systems took meetings between the design team, the steel subcontractor, the framer, the window installer and the supplier before framing, so the glass went in right the first time. Inside, every room got custom cabinetry, from the three-island kitchen under a wood ceiling to the entertainment center and the flush tile in the kids' rooms. We finished with the siding at the entry, aluminum garage doors and the hardscape.
