Project overviewA hillside lot in La Cresta, Murrieta, and a 6,500 sq ft design from Xavier Design Group with steel columns and beams. A sloped pad takes more site work than a flat lot before any concrete goes in.
We broke ground in November 2025. By early December the pad was certified and the rough grading approved, and the footings were laid out. Foundation and underground plumbing ran through December, the foundation pour was in early February 2026, framing started that month, and the steel columns and beams were up by the end of March.
